Paradise.net plans are great! How do I see how much time or traffic we've used though?

Use our Members page (use the link above) to check the time you've used so far in the current period, or to review the time you've used in the last billing period.

I'm using the internet more than I expected. Can I upgrade to a plan that prepays for more time or traffic so I can save money?

Yes. Our Members page lets you change your plan to have more or less hours from the beginning of your next billing cycle.

I'm heading off on a 6 week holiday, so I won't be using the net. Can I put my account on hold or something?

You can 'park' your account for up to 12 weeks. This takes effect from when your current plan finishes - during this time we'll store all your email and wont let anyone else sign up as you. Go to our Members page (use the link below) to do this. Sorry - you can't park your account if you are billed through TelstraClear.
